Swimmer's Survivor: Fans vs Favorites is the 2nd installment of Swimmer's Survivor. The season features 12 brand new castaways being joined by 12 returning fans from SS1. 

Announcement/Production

SS2 was first officially announced on January 31st, 2013, when Swimmer posted the auditions. Entirely new players as well as old ones from SS1 were encouraged to apply.

On February 16th, a "Meet the Cast" video was published. The video revealed that 12 fans and 12 favorites would compete in a Fans vs Favorites twist. 

On Febraury 18th, the first episode was uploaded. The series followed a relatively simple release schedule, with one or two episodes being released a week. 

On April 18th, 2013, the finale was uplaoded, concluding the season.

Twists/Changes

• Veterans: Along with the 12 newcomers, 12 veterans from SS1 joined them to compete. 
• Tribe Switch: Two tribe swaps occured throughout the premerge stage of the game.
